Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Services and Scope of Application

  • 1.1 These Terms apply to all your access to and use of the Hailuo Music Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform").
  • 1.2 If you are under the age of 13, or if the minimum age requirement for digital services in your jurisdiction is higher, you are prohibited from using this service.
  • 1.3 By checking "Agree" or actually using the service, you are deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted the entire content of these terms.

2. Service Content

  • 2.1 This platform provides music generation, editing and download services through artificial intelligence technology, including free basic functions and paid subscription services.
  • 2.2 We reserve the right to adjust the service functions, restrict access or terminate the service according to business needs, but we will notify you of major changes through an announcement or registered email 30 days in advance.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Account Security

  • You need to provide true and valid registration information and assume legal responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Restrictions on Use

The following acts are prohibited:

  • Generate or disseminate illegal, infringing, obscene, or violent content
  • Reverse engineering, data capture, or other technical means interfere with the service
  • Using services to engage in illegal financial activities such as money laundering and pyramid schemes
  • More than 10 automated access requests per second for a single Internet Protocol Address

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 User-generated Content

  • You retain ownership of the generated musical works
  • You grant Hailuo Music a non-exclusive, global, royalty free license to store, process, and anonymize data to improve our services

4.2 Platform Intellectual Property Rights

  • All non-user-generated content such as website design, source code, trademarks, documentation, etc. belong to Hailuo Music
  • It is forbidden to copy, modify, decompile or create derivative works without written permission

5. Paid Services

5.1 Subscription Fees

  • Professional subscription price is $29 per month or $279 per year, billed in US dollars
  • The price adjustment will be notified by registered email 30 days before the effective date

5.2 Automatic Renewal and Termination

  • The subscription period automatically extends until the user cancels
  • Cancellation must be completed through account settings 72 hours before the start of the next billing cycle

5.3 Refund Policy

  • You can apply for a full refund within 14 days without reason
  • There is no time limit for refund requests due to major service failures

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 We are not responsible for the following:

  • Losses due to force majeure, third-party service interruption
  • Music copyright disputes caused by improper use by users
  • Potential flaws or inaccuracies in AI-generated content

6.2 Liability Limit

  • The maximum liability limit does not exceed the total service fee paid by the user in the past 12 months

7. Data and Privacy

  • 7.1 Data processing is strictly in accordance with the Hailuo Music Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
  • 7.2 We use AES-256 encryption to store data and an ISO 27001-certified information security management system to ensure system security.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

  • 8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding its conflict of laws rules
  • 8.2 Disputes shall be arbitrated confidentially through the International Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration (ICC) in San Francisco, California
  • 8.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree to file a claim solely on your own behalf

9. Amendment

We reserve the right to amend the terms. Significant changes will be notified 30 days before they become effective by:

  • Publicity in a prominent position on the website bulletin board
  • Send a summary of changes to the registered email address
  • Mandatory reading of the new terms when logging in for the first time
